Good Location, Friendly Service and Comfortable Bed
The hotel is in a convenient location with shops and restaurants nearby. Staff are friendly and welcoming, and the bed is very comfortable.
The housekeeping was not great and the room was quite noisy.

We had a luxurious stay with exclusive amenities fulfilled. the room was spacious and well-furnished with a good bed. We enjoyed the Indoor swimming pool with sauna and massage facilities at our disposal. the private facilities were exclusive and we loved the spa centre.
The only negative aspect we encountered was the restaurant's limited options for breakfast. Despite that, the food was tasty and well-presented overall.

Great location, as it is close to a busy shopping mall and easy to find. I was pleasantly surprised with the free Wi-Fi that was available in my room, it worked perfectly well. the view from the room was quite nice.
This hotel seems to be somewhat outdated and in need of some renovations. the staff was not very helpful, and did not provide us with good customer service.

This hotel is situated in a perfect location, right in the center of everything, which makes it very convenient to explore the city. the rooms are beautifully decorated with clean bed linens, towels, and bathroom amenities. the breakfast spread is diverse with a mix of local Chinese and western dishes. the bar is a good option to unwind after a busy day, and the ambience is comforting and warm. the hotel facilities are top-notch and add to the overall excellent stay.
As with most hotels, communication still poses a challenge if English is a language that one is not comfortable with.
